This is my 6th year at the Tomahawk Fall Run but it has been going on for 44 years, since 1981. The first year I'm told there were only 16 participants, it now numbers in the tens of thousands and lasts for 4 days with the 2024 estimate at between 30,000 and 35,000 participants. The entire downtown is closed off, and that is only one area of the run. Below is only a very small sample of what was going on. When I go it's only for the day, usually a Saturday. I ride up in the morning and ride back at night for a 180 mile round trip.
