Athena is a dancer at The Landing Strip in Waupaca, WI. We have shot before but it's been far to long and I was THRILLED to get her in front of my camera again. When she's not workin that pole she enjoys roller blading, fishing and crusing in her Corvette.
Just a side note here for those of you who might think dancing in a club is all glamour and big bucks. A few weeks ago Athena, who does GREAT pole work, actually fell off the pole from several feet up. She fell on her sacrum and broke the holes that the sciatic nerves go through from the spine to her legs. She couldn't walk for two weeks and then it was a few more weeks before she got back dancing full time.
I'm just glad she's back good as new.
