When I was young I used to go outside and watch the sky when the big storms came in.. The closer the better. To hear that large boom when there was no delay between the flash and sound was amazing. I can remember my dad telling me one time the lightning hit miles away and finding pieces of tree from next door that was just hit. I still love the light show and power...
