This male was watching and if anything got remotely close, he would put the run on them. Some of the fights got pretty ugly. Over the last few weeks I have built up a trust with them, however I never ever get too close when they are laying...Lucky I have my 100-400 zoom lens. While I was in the area never once did she get up..I was about 100 feet with this shot. By the end of the year I hope to have a well put together a collection of photos on the Canada's. To me it alway interesting and enjoyable. There are many phases of photography, this is one of my favorites...Enjoy
