Wild As Can Be

Wetaskiwin, Alberta

All most the end of September and the geese are bunching up...The last few evenings I have been down watching them come into the lake after feeding....By 8:15pm they are all back. They have been feeding in the city limits in close by grain field so they are not getting shot at yet by hunters. I think that the hunting for geese in Alberta has really slowed up..It will not be long and they will be out of here. I used a 800 asa setting to be able to stop the birds in flight..Not as bad as I thought for having noise. With 8 mpls sure makes a difference. In the next few days comming I will be trying to get those nice warm fall colors with the geese in the photo's. Have to make the best of the Indian summer....Enjoy

Nice work. The geese in the sky turned what would have been a routine sunset shot into a special image.
