At this time of the year the ponds are full and lots of wildlife... by August most of the smaller ones will be dried up.. Seems like in years past it was good to have lots of ponds to keep the water table up... now production of crops is more important and the drainage of them has started to show.. Rain is to important than ever... My thoughts are it better to have water than nothing...
