Simple Supper items on hand...
1/4 cup grape seed oil... High in antioxidents..
2 large onions
1-1/2 lbs. frozen hash browns
3 cobs of cooked corn
1 lbs of Italian Sausage
1/2 lbs of lean beef
1 basket Grape tomatoes
Seasoning you like...
Cook over low heat
add in order ..oil..onions.. sausage.. lean ground beef...hash browns..corn..grape tomatoes and choice of seasoning. cook till golden brown.
Serve with garlic toast and a few drops of worchestershire sauce and lime.
Must be good as I am still living and it does taste good..
