Taken at the day use area at Dry Island Buffalo Jump. This spot is taken on the Red Deer River which has over 21 species of fish. Also it is a place where people end up at after drifting the river from the bridge 6 miles north of there. The water is clear and because it is very dry, you can walk across it..Makes it terrific for fly fishing. This shot was taken early in the morning..In the afternoon I went for a walk on the west ridge in the background..The view is unbelievable. The whole area is unbelievable...
