HDR isn't new but its really got a lot going for it... You can make a photo realistic or take it beyond. It takes over where the camera cannot. You take anywhere from three or more shots of the same photo setting up shooting the exposure a few stops apart. You must use the same f-stop and adjusting the shutter speed. Is best to set the focus on auto and when set put on manual..other wise just use manual focus. Use a tripod and cable release. Take a exposure reading of the photo being shot and then set a couple of stops both ways. After this use photoshop cs5 or a good HDR program. This is new to me but what I have done so far, I really like it... Enjoy the photo's.
