A wonderful black and white capture of this very unique rock formation. One of my favorite places to visit has been the Navajo Nation. I like how the road leads the eye through this outstanding composition and this really works so well in B&W with the terrific value range. VVV
A powerful sense of mystery, rising from the flat desert like a dark, ancient sentinel. The monochrome treatment intensifies the rugged textures of the rock, while the dramatic clouds add a brooding, almost spiritual atmosphere....excellent! V
