There are a lot of stories behind this one as well. I can only imagine what it looked like in its prime, what it was used for and the people who went in and out of it... but from the look of the broken away outer layer that prime was many, many decades ago.
Wonderful textures, clarity and composed nicely to accentuate the perspective from this well selected POV. Love the southwestern colors and mood that are enhanced by the foreboding sky. A brooding structure where time has taken it's toll. VV++
the ragged mantle of its history paints a strong picture of a crumbling era...smart comp to include the deeper look along the deserted street, and in light that favours the rust-coloured bricks..
