Ilocos has always enchanted me.
I have always dreamt of going there to feel and understand the magic of the province that's been pulling me for years.

Finally, the dream was realized, for I was able to visit this land not once, but twice:

during the heat of summer and the cold of December.

Ilocos will always be a dream to me.
