Hi Judith,

There are a few reasons why your wall "moves".

1) Stability of your tripod is ome probable reason. You can reduce this by making sure that the footing of the tripod is firm. Use a good tripod. Add a weight to hold down the tripod, pro tripods have a hook at the bottom to fix some weight (a camera bag etc). If you are on decking do not move while taking shots.

2) Use a cable release.

3) Ensure the camera fixing is secure.

4) Do NOT use auto focus. This can adjust the framing.

Have a great day.

Mike

This is great. Colors look very natural on my laptop.
As far as the wall moving, that is a common occurance where I live. We call them earthquakes! On a tripod or hand holding?

Great improved, but I can't figure out why that wall is moving...could it be the way you cropped?
