The 1994 earthquake virtually destroyed The Mighty Wurlitzer, many pipes destroyed beyond repair. After a complete rebuild of the pipes (the console was spared any damage) the total number of pipes is now over 5,000 pipes after additional pipes were added during the earthquake rebuild. This image displays only half of the pipes.
