06042008 wake-up call

Friends, doesn't it seem like the Spring is long in coming this year?
It snowed again today and there was a really cold nip in the air.

I've had a good day though despite the cold. Started the day very well indeed - Dad got up early to
fetch a glass of water and I was allowed to sleep in the bedroom for once! Of course I take my
responsibilites very seriously... because both Dad and Mum are a bit hard of hearing compared to me
and can't smell very well either, it's my responsibility to guard them. For some reason, all the barking
I did while I was in the bedroom didn't go down very well. Neither did my clambering over them to
see out of the window. There could have been a cat lurking out there.
Humans are strange sometimes!

Is that why you are smiling Pooch?

LOL. Pooch, I think you should stay permanently on guard inside the bedroom. You never know when the cats will come!

Another dog that thinks it hears noises/cats/things that go bump in the early morning!! But we couldn't live without the likes of you and Max! Chris

Oh poor Mum & Dad! Pooch, don't you know that Sunday morning is THE day
of rest for humans - but I suppose you do have to protect them from cats
& burglers! Love the big smile you have and the pretty walkies photo.
