09012008 highland gales

Dad was very disappointed when he woke up this morning to find all the snow had gone. Instead, it's
very, very windy today. Dad described it as 'bracing'. When we went out for our walky I almost got blown away!
Maybe that's what's happened to all the cats? I haven't seen a single one anywhere since we got here!
Or perhaps they heard that a ferocious Pooch was coming and ran to hide?

Dad: thanks for your kind comments re my cold, funny how they always seem to strike when one is on holiday!

P.S. we're on a very slow internet connection, will get up to date with commenting when we get home!

A very dapper picture of you, Pooch. Good thing Dad had you on a lead to keep you from blowing away like all those cats!

Cats have more sense and stay indoors - cats don't do 'bracing'! Glad you feel better Ev. Chris
