27062007 why dawdle?

I'm in a hurry to get to Mum! She looks like she's waiting for us.
There are times when having Dad on the end of the lead is a problem...
...if he wants to go fast and I want to sniff something.
Or if he wants to photograph something and I want to get to Mum!!

(dad: sorry about yet another archive shot, just to set your minds at
rest - living on the top of a hill we've thankfully avoided being flooded out,
however several friends and work colleagues haven't been so lucky therefore
we have our hands full helping out at the moment)

Beautiful scene and capture of the rushing Pooch.
I'm sure everyone appreciates the help you can give during this natural disaster.

Hey Pooch, there are cats in the poppies!

This is such a lovely picture, such a great ambiance with all the poppies.
Bless you for helping out with the flood victims. Been there and there was no one to help out cause we were all in the same boat (or not) so to speak.

That's an amazing sight, those poppies, I'd be dawdling too! So glad to
hear you're okay - take care, we'll be thinking of you!

Well your first concern is your family, my prayers are with you. You live in a beautiful area, and I still enjoy the pictures. : ) v

Lovely shot and totally understand the call to arms around the weather at present. My next door neighbor just this morning asked me if I would grab "the boys" (her two Westies) from the house and take them with me if the neighborhood started to wash away today! Crazy wet around here this Summer.

There are advantages to living "up the hill"
Zak27-Jun-2007 20:18
I bet the poppies got abit of a watering!

So good to know your all okay...floods are the worst of disasters, unlike a fire that takes it all when the water subsides your left with a mess to clean & sort. Sorry for your friends though.
