This evening I am very tired after the weekend's adventures. But I am also one very happy and contented Pooch.

Yesterday morning we all woke up when it was still dark and Dad drove us a long, long way to see the family. After lunch we went out as a big pack of dads, mums and pooches for a looonnnnggg walky across some hills I've never seen before. That was very interesting and to make it even better, Uncle Henry and Cousin Albert were there to point out all the sights and smells! We chased each other through the fields and did funny things to make the family laugh.

There was a price to pay - we each got very muddy and all three of us had to take turns in the sink at Grandma's house being scrubbed and scrubbed! But after another long walky today I have come home and fallen asleep on my sofa a very happy Pooch indeed.

(dad: if Pooch didn't have his posh green coat on... would you still know which pooch he was? ;-) )
