29012007 thinking about Aunties...

Yesterday was Aunty Alice's birthday and Dad did not have time to do my blog. I wanted to help blow out the birthday candles but Aunty Alice was worried I would singe my nose so I was not allowed. I did get a small bite of birthday cake though - Aunty Alice is very responsive to being stared at when there's good-smelling food about, much more so than Dad or Mum. Everyone should have a nice Aunty to spoil them once in a while, don't you think?
All I want to know now is... how come Aunty Alice gets a cake on her birthday but I don't on mine???

Man, that's a handsome jacket, Pooch. I might have commented on it before. And me with the hooded sweatshirts. Pft.

Perhaps Dad should change your name to Mooch instead of Pooch...

Leo noticed your muddy paws, and says that he thinks you also need some boots like he has Poochie.http://www.pbase.com/image/73731232 He hates water, so knows that after getting dirty like you are in this photo it involves a wash, so will do anything to avoid that business anyway!

Abby is looking at the screen and says she wants cake for her birthdays, too. :-)

I think you're giving ME the eye now Pooch, but I haven't any cake - yet!

I can't see you Pooch - you've been 'red-exed' - however, keep those beady eyes wide open and crumbs might come your way! Chris

When is your birthday Poochie, your friends will make sure you get a cake! Leo got to choose his own, then the nice lady iced his name onto it..http://www.pbase.com/triciawildflower/image/66950399

Because Aunty Alice washed her own muddy feet.....when you learn to do that, you too might get a cake Pooch!

Great shot!
