Today we had the first long walky since my time in hospital last week. I am still on medication but am improving every day and am almost as lively as before the illness. I felt very good today - there was a beautiful blue sky and some sunshine that was almost warm! I had a play in some rustly leaves and then we did a walky I have never visited before. It was good to be out in the countryside again!
