17102006 getting out the football

This morning I felt like having a game with Dad again. I have not felt like it for a few days because of having a sore shoulder and neck where another dog jumped on me and bit me for no reason. That was a huge shock and I am still recovering. I am almost healed now, but I don't like going too far from home and I get afraid whenever I meet another dog, or even a human I don't recognise. Dad says these things take time and I will gradually stop being afraid.

Dad also says to give huge thanks to everyone for your kind messages and comments. He apologises for not replying yet and will do so as soon as he can.

Glad to see you playing, Pooch. Life has its ups and downs so be careful. I am sure Dad will take good care that nothing happens to you.

So good to see you playing, little Pooch! You will stop being scared- - probably long before Mum and Dad do (hope you all are Ok too).
Very nice shot, too!

Hang in there, Pooch. Lots of love, kind words and biscuits are what's called for now... You'll be back to your old self soon enough.
