SQU*RREL ALERT! 'scuse me, coming through!!

Dad: sorry we've not been around much lately - we had a water leak into the first-floor rooms in our house from a leaking water
tank in the roof. The overflow pipe which was meant to carry the water safely outside hadn't been sealed properly so all the water
came through the ceiling instead of going down the pipe. Anyway, we're getting there now - it all just needs to dry out so that we can re-plaster and repaint...

We noticed a leaky water tank or pump in our basement yesterday........ Plummer pants paying us a visit tomorrow!

Busy Pooch, I´m sure he doesn´t care about waterleaks. I hope the home insurance covers the damage. And everything dries up properly.
