Friends, we're travelling today and tomorrow, hoping to get home at some point on Christmas Day.
The roads are still hazardous with snow and ice, so we are taking things carefully.
This evening we're staying in a hotel en route. The hotel staff have been making a huge fuss of me and one of them even
found a packet of dog treats to give me as a Christmas present!
I think Dad and Mum are a bit jealous - nobody has given them any treats! ;-)
