20th May 2009

Dad: I'm at home with tummy trouble today and Pooch has been keeping me company.
He was naughty again this morning: Poochmum had left her camera bag within reach, and he managed to
rummage around inside it until he found the 'emergency KitKat' we like to keep in a side pocket in
case we feel peckish during a long walky. Between you and me, I was quite impressed that he managed
to find the KitKat given how it was hidden away, but of course he got a telling-off. Since being on
the steroids, Pooch's appetite has been affected and although he's on a lower dose now he still
behaves like a stomach on legs. :-)

Here's a pic of Pooch keeping an eye on the blackbirds nesting in our hedge. Sorry this isn't a great
shot. I had the LX3 set to under-expose by mistake, and I didn't feel like post-processing.

Update: following this morning's 'Kitkat incident' Pooch is fine, he only got as far as shredding the wrapper - it's me who's got tummy troub not him LOL!

If it smells (at all, in nano-smell units) a Pooch will find it. Not his fault he has a very talented nose! :-)

Pooch way to ferret out the Kit Kat, they say a dogs nose is very sensitive. : ) v

"Emergency KitKat"? Pooch was really in need of some chocolate, I´m sure... Chocolate isn´t good for dogs, but I guess a KitKat is more suger and cracker than chocolate. So, good choise, Pooch! I like KitKat, too...

I hope Poochdads tummy trouble is over. I have some sympathy tooth-ache for you!

That's a shame Pooch, after all the hard work.

Get well soon. Glad Pooch didn't get sick from the kitkat.

Moki would just start with the camera case, camera, then eventually get to the Kit Kat..

Sorry to hear you don't feel well. I hope you'll be as good as new, soon. Bad Pooch, I don't think chocolate is good for dogs... he'll be having the tummy trouble next. I like your photo here, I think the underexposed image adds to Pooch's menacing expression!!

That's a scary stare Pooch! Those Blackbirds must be terrified.

It must be going around. Good for Pooch getting the Kit Kat. Perhaps he can become a rescue dog.

Get well soon Dad, and I hope the Kitkat doesn't give Pooch a tummy ache!

Sweet shot of Pooch watching the growing neighbors.
