Oops! Normally I've got Dad very well trained to walk on his end of the lead, but today he went the wrong way around this
lamp-post and we got tangled up!
I can see there's only one thing for it - taking Dad back to obedience training classes for more lead-work! ;-)

Dad: I'm using an old laptop to update the blog at the mo so sorry if colours in the above photo are off. We're thinking of buying
an Apple Mac as our next desktop to avoid virus issues - probably an iMac. If anyone has any feedback about using one that they'd like to share, please do! :-)

update: 8th January: we've had a virus outbreak on our main PC and the antiquated laptop I'm
currently using is too slow to edit photos on. We'll be back as soon as our computer woes are
resolved... maybe a good excuse to upgrade to a Mac if I can talk the wife into it. ;-)
Pooch is doing well but will have to wear his plastic bonnet until his next check-up with the
consultant next week. The lump on the underside of his paw that's remained since the abscess is
being very slow to heal and the vet wants to continue treatment until the paw looks completely
normal, so may take a month or two yet.
