This is at the Universtiy Of Wisconsin - Madison on moving day.
The streets, sidewalks, and alleyways are lined with hundreds of
U hauls as moms and dads tearfully move their sons and daughters
to the campus apartments. I am guessing this was
driven by an engineering student.
