A day spent driving around after the El Nino storm we had the past week, started in Descanso and worked our way to Julian and then finally to Mount Palomar. The best scenery was at Mount Palomar, lots of ice on the trees which was stunning. Along the way we found a small herd of buffalo,cows wandering in the snowy fields and a red tailed hawk.
