Sarah Duke Gardens

Located on the campus of Duke University in Durham, NC, Sarah Duke Gardens is recognized as one of the premier public gardens in the United States. Renowned for landscape design and the quality of horticulture, the Gardens are visited by more than 300,000 visitors a year. Visit Sarah Duke Gardens for information on visiting hours and a maps of the gardens. Admission is free, but there is a parking fee during certain hours.

I had never been to this place before this year. After my first trip was on April 11, the I returned on May 2nd. What a wonderful place. I've only seen a small portion of the gardens. So more exploring is in order.
