The Yellow Pitch Plant has the tallest of all pitchers.
This one measured about 20 inches tall. Some can reach 36 inches!
Blooming time: April-May
Occurs: coastal plain and piedmont
Habitat: seepage bogs, pocosins and pine savannas
Common except rare in the piedmont
