I believe it was A virosa that I mistook for small shaggy manes and ate on June 22, 2009, my birthday. They are common in the community park, and I always noted that they were poisonous amanitas, but on that day my judgement lapsed, and, well, it seems 8 people ate these a while back and all died within a few hours. I managed to avoid death or permanent liver failure, but it was a most difficult and painful experience. The lawn has since been nearly scalped, but I managed to find one smaller specimen and one badly deteriorated older one and took photos. More will eventually sprout. If someone wants the images or measures taken to avoid liver damage, email me at cusanusnicolas@yahoo.com
