Dial Creek and Lake Michie - Durham County, NC
July 19, 2009
Today’s adventure was a revisit to an area I first explored in July 2006 then again in 2007. Dial Creek – Part of Hill Demonstration Forest owned by N.C. State Univeristy, and a stop at Spruce Pine Lodge recreation area. No palm trees here just the rural countryside of northern Durham County near the town of Bahama. The weather today was excellent for mid-July. 80's with low humidity.
