What she(it) temperature of colour used you?
I possede a 1200 liter tank and my echinodorus makes me many shoot but do not rise, the new sheets(leaves) stay at ground level.
Lighting HQI 5 x 70 W has 25 centimetre of the surface of the water
Would have you an advice(council)?
Maybe you raise the fertilizer and put the HQI nearer the surface (15cm).
Try to have enough CO² in the water.
