That's not easy the tank dosen't exist anymore...it was sold.

I think there was a OSRAM DAYLIGHT HQI bulb...with a Kelvin about 6.000 is used in this tank. The 10.000 Kelvin I don't like so much over feshwater tanks because, it was a "cold" light...but the most problem for me the plants (especially the green ones) look very "pale" (or fade) under 10.000 Kelvin.

Best regards,

Oliver

I know that I asked you what the Kelvin temperature of Amano's tanks were, but with respect to your setup here, what temperature are the HQI's on this tank? Have you ever used 10,000K, and what have your results been?

I don't remember all the Echinodours sorts I used in this tank.
Many different: tennelus, angustifolius, cordifolius ssp. fluitans, oriental, red flame, macrophyllus, tricolor...and some other

I used in this tank a daily fertilizer A1 from Dennerle, and after waterchange E15 Iron taps from Dennerle too.

In the other tanks I use very different kind of fertilizer...depends on the plants I keep.

Best regards,

Oliver

Hi Oliver, for my personal taste, this tank is the best natural layout.
Could you describe the Echinodorus species and soil that you used in this tank?
Do you use any fertilizer for this tank?
And what fertilizers brands do you use for the other layouts?

Thanks
