I couldn't believe it when I came home and saw someone fixing the fire hydrant issue (as seen in the next image).
After talking with the guy (and thanking him), he said he put down top soil (how many empty bags are laying there?)
and fertilizer and was now covering it with straw. With the daily rains this should be grass in no time.
