You Name It, We Got It

Yesterday morning started out quiet, then we had lightning and thunder and rain. The strong winds kicked in around 1:30 PM and those winds have been howling ever since. Overnight we got some snow but in the strong winds it just blew away. The highest wind gust on Sunday was 66 MPH but there were (and there still are on Monday afternoon) strong winds for over 24 hours now. Luckily I never lost power here at the house.

Lucky you kept your power! We have not had more than a dusting of snow here.

But, Phil says it will be an early Spring;-) Nice photo of your crazy weather.

One month away from April, spring is coming.

You beat me again, our winds into the 40's, about a 1/3 inch of snow, and we tied in the power department however, neither one of us lost power! I like watching the different seasons from here.

So glad you didn't lose power. Nothing worse than freezing in the dark. Winds make me want to get in bed with a good book.

Sounds dreadful! We had incredibly strong winds this morning, too, to the point I was worried about my office window blowing in.

That is a chilly winter scene. We've still got the strong winds howling here!
