A Good Time To Be "Below Average"

National average of a gallon of gas is $2.40.
Strangely my side of town has had the lowest prices for
a week now (that's unusual) but I'm not complaining...

I am so used to seeing price per litre that I can't translate this anymore, but it sounds cheap for these days.

That's a good price! We were 2.349 yesterday! I haven't seen Sunoco for years, they used to be in the Chicago area years ago.
