I do feel bad, really, for all the people who are still experiencing snow and haven't been graced with Spring yet but we have had the best weather for over a week now and it looks like it will continue into next week. Skies are solid blue with almost no clouds and the trees have leafed out in a few days. We didn't get much rainfall in April - a little less than 3 inches (75 cm) the whole month and nothing is in the near term forecast. Daily high temperatures are in the low 70sF (21C) and overnight lows in the 50sF (10C). We have been very blessed weather wise.

Having lived here my entire life I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop because I know we will pay for this gorgeous weather somewhere down the line - we always do...
