Look Familiar?

Thursday night we had rain that changed to snow with the falling temperatures (it went from 43F to 20F overnight) so the bottom layer of everything was a half inch of soggy snow that was not fun to clear. We got 4 to 5 inches of snow overnight Thursday into Friday and another 4 inches of light fluffy snow on Friday night. Friday's high temperature was 43F (midnight) and Saturday's high temperature was 23F. Sunday's predicted high is 19F but next week it's going back to the 40F's with rain. Oh boy can't wait...

Now this presents such a contrast to your just posted image of leafing out trees!

Our area looks much the same....with all the freeze thaw we got before the temps went into the tank(to the tune of -30c before windchill)our streets and sidewalks are like skating rinks....very slippery.I walk around here like an old man...oh I guess I am an old man!

With a weather forecast like that, I'd think you were in Halifax.

Getting some snow, finally. Yeah, the weather can't decide what it wants to do. :)

You are certainly getting unsettled weather. No snow here.

What a ride we've been on this winter! Up and down! Yes, that hardened snow was not fun to clear. I was starting to think that I was going to need to get out the pickaxe to chip away at some of it.
