This is very typical of the leaf color around here this year. Not surprising because the weather has been awful. For the past two weeks we've had daily highs in the mid 40F range and nightly lows have been in the mid 30F range with a couple of nights hitting the upper 20F range. We had a frost warning for only one night and then that night we had a killing frost so the growing season is over. The Sun has been absent most of the time with an occasional minute or two of sunshine - the rest of the time it's dreary gray overcast with occasional rain. This is ugly weather!
