The annual parade as part of the carnival put on by my fire district. I have always loved fire trucks, maybe because the father of my best girlfriend in grammar school was a fireman and when he stopped home sometimes he brought a truck and gave us rides on it :-)

I think I'm deaf in my left ear from listening to all the horns and sirens they blew. It was very humid and overcast this night and I felt sorry for many of the participants in uniforms.
