"1963" Gravely Clean-Cut 70", Powered by Onan 12.5hp 2-Cylinder (CCK) engine. This unit is restored to ORIGINAL COLORS, except for the white paint on the wings. The blades will be painted black in the future for picture taking. This unit is propelled by the back wheels which also do the steering. The steering wheel will turn 360 degrees in either direction until the operator gets tired of turning it that way. When the unit is going in the forward direction and the back wheels are turned around the pivoting axis for 180 degrees, one will now have the unit traveling in reverse. The pictured unit may cut grass with one or both wings either up or down. The "1964" unit which I have shown prior, has a different rear cast hood to protect the heat from the operators legs and is painted a different color. Up to now, I would guess that there are at least 400 man hours in the restoration.
