Okay, I've seen them twice now. Dis-jointed, mangled, hyper-sludge... but in the global definition, they are hardcore. On a sublevel within that genre, they're interestingly odd. I scratch my head at girl pants as well, but I recognize that its just part of the insidiously creeping aging process (it doesn't have me yet). My parents didn't understand baggy/sagging jeans, and looking back I looked completely ridiculous, but I wasn't rendered worthless/retarded by my silly pants. And neither are these guys (HHLL). I could see how some people would expect a completely different sound than what these people have to offer. They f***ing bring it. Non-stop. relentless. I could go on and on. Look for a near complete lack of structure (drawing comparisons to jazz) but perfectly infused with every aggrressive genre available. It either speaks to you or it doesn't...i'll be seeing them twice in FL...I suck. Like the music. buy it. support this band...

i'm a heavy heavy low low fan but i do believe mozt people that like them are juzt scenezterz that don't have much of a liking for muzic, i find heavy heavy low low to have a nice noizey odd time signature hardcore zound it'z juzt a zhame when zomething elze becomez trendy that the trendzterz will follow i enjoy the band i despise the fanz, and there trend hopping wayz, eyeliner and girl pantz iz ridiculouz but then again zo wuz big hair and make up in the 80'z but zee boyz and gurlz, that era died, and zo will thiz one, which iz why you zhould be yourzelf or go ahead and drezz like a scenezter you'll only be laughing at yourzelf in a few yearz
