I was asked to be a part of an e-learning task force for the Higher Colleges of Technology. The first task was to travel to India (Mumbai/Bombay) and visit TATA Interactive ( http://www.tata.com/tata_interactive/index.htm), a world class e-learning content creation complany. Like anything in India, they had people! About 500 and plan in a year to have close to 1000 working for them. Our trip included 12 HCT faculty and staff including the Vice Chancellor. We experienced both sides of India, the top and the bottom.
