The Ratchaprasong Intersection is one of the busiest and most iconic traffic junctions in downtown Bangkok, where Ratchadamri Road, Rama I Road, and Phloen Chit Road intersect.
The photo was taken from the Erawan Shrine, a Hindu sanctuary. In the center is a gold-colored statue of Phra Phrom, the Thai representation of the Hindu creation god Brahma.
