The Central Library on the Spui, in the heart of the city, opened in 1995. It is part of The Hague City Hall, which was designed by American architect Richard Meier. The Central Library has six public sections (floors) with a gross floor area of approximately 16,000 m².

Modern white building standing at a curved corner. The handsome black and red tram just makes the whole picture so vivid and vibrant. The grey tall building in the background is a nice decor too. ~VVVV~
