Two ministries are combined by a light and transparent atrium. From here on, one can enter the two ministries or the vibrant petit café on the ground floor. The Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS) is located on the left (Castalia building), the building on the right (Helicon building) holds the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment (SZW). The combination is called "De Resident".
