a novel art work, touching too...it certainly seems to have been embraced by the community...an astute composition here to include the wider scene, and a snippet of the sea..

If I were the artist, I would be very unhappy about how my art is being used. No matter the reason for the memorial, he/she should assert their moral rights and get the site cleaned up. V
