Cabragh House (circa 1860) is a detached house in a sober classical style with two storeys, walls with a rough plaster finish and natural stone corner blocks (quoins). The two massive chimneys on the hipped roof reveal that there was a fireplace in almost every room inside, essential for the coziness of an Irish country house.
It was originally a substantial "gentleman's house" with accompanying farm buildings. An L-shaped stable complex has been preserved.
