The Old Pier in Tarbert, County Kerry, is a historic landmark situated on Tarbert Island along the Shannon Estuary. Built in 1837 by the Inland Steam Navigation Company, it was later supplemented by a deeper water pier in the 1850s to accommodate flourishing trade and passenger travel between Dublin, Limerick, and Killarney.
