The Inistioge Bridge is an iconic stone bridge spanning the River Nore. The current bridge was built around 1763–1765, designed by the architect and engineer George Smith, and constructed in a Classical style of rubble stone. The bridge consists of ten round arches of equal size. Construction cost approximately £900 at the time.
